Birds R US White Sprouting Mix is a blend of high germination rate seeds formulated for their unique nutritional properties and selected for their similar germination time. Sprouting seed increases the nutritional value of seed by approximately 300% when fed just as the sprout appears (called a chit).
After sprouting, combine 2 parts White Sprouting Mix to 1 part Black Sprouting Mix for a complete sprouted seed blend. Then mix with Mike Fidler's Complete Soft Food for the most scientifically advanced nutritional package possible for Finches, Budgies, Parakeets, Canaries, Softbills, and Small Parrots.
Directions
Sprouted seed should be fed daily during the Breeding & Moulting Seasons, and twice a week during the Maintenance & Resting Season. Do not feed sprouted seed during periods of Austerity.
Offer only enough sprouted seed that will be eaten within 24 hours. Remove or replace after 24 hours.
