Higgins Proteen Egg Food as a booster or treat/conditioner is an important supplement to a bird's diet. It will incorporate the natural nutrients that may not be present in a regular bird seed food (essential amino acids).  Offer 2 to 3 times per week during the resting season and for non-breeding birds.
